Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If not, please return the product to us following our returns procedure and we will exchange or refund your purchase. Please however note our policy below:
1. To return your garment/s you need to complete our Returns Form within 7 working days of receipt of your order.
2. Garment refunds do not include initial order shipping costs.
3. Return shipping costs of garments are also the responsibility of the customer returning the items.
4. Refunds will only be paid on the same credit card that is used to make the purchase.
5. In the event that goods are purchased via a gift voucher the refund will be in the form of gift voucher to the value of the selling price.
6. Refund is only possible under the following conditions:
a. Returned goods must be in the exact same condition as received and with swing tags/labels attached.
b. Returned goods cannot be already used or washed.
c. It is important to note that for one-piece swimsuit and swimwear pants the hygiene sticker must not be removed.
7. For health and safety lingerie pants CANNOT be returned or refunded.
8. Please allow up to 2 weeks from receipt of your returned items for us to credit your account for refund.
